The prices are valid per week from Saturday to Saturday.

For the duration of the stay, a deposit of € 150, - or SEK 1,500, - is to be paid when the keys are handed over
The additional costs for electricity are SEK 5 per KW / h. There are no additional costs!
Important! Despite the mandatory final cleaning (80, - Euro) you have to hand over the house swept clean when you leave.
Up to 2 pets are allowed on request!
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home!
You can use the garden furniture, rowing boat, canoe and life jackets belonging to the house free of charge. We deliberately do without a motor for the boat in order to be able to enjoy the tranquility on the river.
Please note the minimum rental period of one week in the high season and two weeks in the low season!

Getting there:
You travel very relaxed (because overnight) with the car ferry from Kiel to Gothenburg.
When you come from the ferry, take Inlandsväg 45 towards Karlstadt. It goes along the west bank of Sweden's largest lake, Vänern, on road 62 in the direction of Hagfors / Ekshärad / Trysil. Along the majestic Klarälven, the route leads through forests and past beautiful lakes directly to Ekshärad. From there it is about 20 kilometers to the holiday home. Follow the signs "Björkebo Camping".
You are now at the destination of your vacation trip after approx. 320 km through the varied Swedish landscape. Welcome!
Another very relaxed (also overnight) arrival option is the car ferry from Kiel to Oslo.
From there you are only approx. 220 km from your holiday home via the very scenic route through the Norwegian-Swedish mountains via the villages of Kongsvinger (N) as well as Lekvattnet (S) and Torsby (S). In Torsby take the E45 towards Stöllet / Malung / Mora to Stöllet. From there it is about 10 kilometers on road 62 towards Karlstad / Ekshärad. Welcome!

1. Arrival / departure
Saturday from 4 p.m. until the following Saturday at 10 a.m. at the latest. Arrival and departure times
also apply to individually agreed weekdays. The departure must be on the day of departure
by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. Exceeding the departure time by more than 30 minutes
will result in the calculation of an additional overnight stay.
Other arrival and departure times can be agreed individually with the landlord.
If the tenant does not appear on the day of arrival by 10 p.m., the contract applies after one

2. Special requests and side agreements

3. Payment

4. Resignation
